We attended the ceremony to honor Goddess Ganges at the place where the Ganges first touches the land form the Himalayas, Haridwar. Hunter recorded the song they played on his phone and took
some of these pictures. It was a really neat ceremony and probably around 5,000 people showed up that evening to view the regular show. In some of the pictures, you can see Lord Shiva in the background. This statue is about three stories tall and quite impressive. Residents and pilgrims alike gather at this holy city to experience these gatherings, festivals and to bathe in the Ganges.
