Our day has begun, but not really. We woke this morning at the Taj Palace hotel to dogs fighting and exotic (non-Albuquerque) bird sounds. It is hot here. We had a fantastic breakfast in the coffee shop that puts Starbucks to shame. Neither of us are used to traveling in such a pampered way, but we are managing to survive. Today we will be touring Old Delhi and New Delhi. Our guides arrive in about an hour to take us to see Jama Masjid, Chandi Chowk and the Red Fort. I will post pictures when we return. The picture to the right is of our hotel. Since the bombing, getting into the hotel is tougher than going thru the airport. We have to go through 2 security check points each time we enter. More later, maybe even by the time you wake up.
