On the last few kilometers to Agra, we stopped to pay a tax, whereupon we were warned of the "Monkey Man" and how he would request payment if you took a picture of him and his monkeys (this is not at all uncommon, with children constantly asking to have you take a picture with them). Alas, Monkey Man came, and we tried to ignore him. There was a Mama Monkey with a tiny baby on her belly, which made it hard. We refused and
he seemed disheartened. When our driver, Shiv, came back, he paid the Monkey Man to stand for this photo.
